:us: I just purchased a 1994 Explorer 2 Dr Sport and I can't get the fog lights to work. There is juice to and from the switch (Only when parking or headlights are on, so I am assuming they are OE) but cannot get any at the lights. Have not been able to trace the wiring or find a relay. Can somone give me a hint?

Don't have OE fogs on my '94. I think you have a very well installed aftermarket.

As a check, can you find your ground for the lights? No ground will give you an issue.
Maybe a fuse, or a bad hot wire. Without seeing the install I cannot say for sure.

Problem solved

I want to thank everyone for their response. I was able to trace down the location of the relay and from there the wiring to the lights. Whoever did the wiring, had reversed the wires where the lights attached so that was why I was unable to get a reading. I was trying to get a reading from the ground wire. I found that there was juice to the lights, but the insides of the lights were all rotten. Got to put in new lights. Again thanks to all.

Good to hear. My 1st set of fog's rotted out as well. Ended up getting a set of plastic ones which work much better & don't rust.
