I wired my fog lights directly into my headlights & have now went through two headlight switches. What should I do to prevent this from happening again? If it's installing a fuse block, where exactly should I wire it in? Please no one say to wire the fog lights independently of the headlights, I did this purposley & would like to keep them this way.
Thanks.

You need a relay for the fog lights.
You can then use the headlight + for a trigger source for the relay.

The relay has contacts which can handle the excessive current drawn by the lights.

Do a search and find the thread on the fog light mod. It involves jumping a relay in the aux relay box. Real simple. I have done this and not had any problems...

Ok, thanks alot guys.
