Does it have the harness for them down there? If not, it's probably cheaper and easier to just get an aftermarket kit and mount on the bumper. It's not as pretty, but it is cheaper and easier.
i did the bumper swap... i had to wire up my own aftermarket switch for the fogs but it was worth it... much more coverage with the OEM lights than aftermarket ones
Is it for looks or for use? If it's for use, it's not the most effective location. I've had them there, on the bumper, above the bumper, on the bull bar and on the roof (can't use on the street) The best location is where Ford put them, integrated with the bumper.
