Hi, my foglights stopped working. checked fuse box next to battery, noticed fuse 42 to 46 don't respond to lighprob. Any idea how to fix this.

Did you check the bulbs? I don't know about the Gen 3 Explorers, but the Gen 4 & 5 Explorers need to have the ignition on in order for the fog lights to work.

Swapped relay 50 with the horn relay #47 which good, nothing. Any other ideas?

Could be the high beam relay since turning the high beams on turns off the fogs.

Try flipping the high beams on/off a few times.

Is there power at the fog lights?
Is there power out of the light switch?

Find where the power stops.
