Hey my friend shes got a 1995 Ford Bronco, full size. The thing is an animal but nice as well. Although it seems to be a totally different beast then the explorer it has gotten better reviews at edmunds and eopinion. I was curious what you guys think about it in general, driving ability, reliability, safety as well as rollover, maintence, cost to lower vs cost to lower explorer etc. curious to see what you good ol' guys have to say about the Full size Broncos :) :redexp: :redexp:

If you're gonna lower something, I'd do the Explorer. A lowered fullsize Bronco isn't gonna look very good IMO.

+
More reliable than a V6 explorer in the long run
More sturdy because it's a fullsize
No longer made, rare

-
TERRIBLE gas mileage
Not very maneuverable

I also agree that lowering a bronc would not be a good idea.

aside from looks, will lowering a bronco improve rollover safety? and how would one go about it

why? that's like taking a wrangler and slamming it
