do u need to recieve a letter or shall i head to ford and find out?

If i went into arnold clarke with out the paperwork i get the feeling i would have been marched out of there for daring to set foot on their land! My local stealer told me they have a policy of not working on vehicles over 10 years old! - Work that one out!!!!!
