Oh, oh... sometimes these types work out , other times they can destroy a company. I would not want a Elon Musk type running my auto company, free thinkers and visionaries often have trouble in environments that require discipline, structure and repetition like manufacturing. Tesla has terrible quality, is building vehicles in a tent after having to abandon most of their robots as they just weren't working with the Model 3. Elon said he would revolutionize how cars were manufactured, he sure did, can't remember anyone building them by hand in a tent, while the robots stand by idly watching !
