front axle help

i have a 2001 explorer sport and need to regear. I know the front axle is a dana 35 with 3.73 gears, but that's not enough info to get the correct rebuild kit. Does anyone know the rest of the specs for this axle? ie standard rotation or reverse? etc. what other vehicles have the exact same kind of dana 35? would a rebuild kit for a rear dana 35 work? if you know any of this your info would be appreciated.

The D35 in the IFS explorer is not your typical D35. It is a standard rotation however I don't think a D35 rebuild kit designed for the jeep will work. I would suggest contacting Torrie@fastpartsnetwork.com formerly Fordpartsnetwork.com and ask him for some prices on a rebuild kit for your D35.
