On both front seat B pillars, I am seeing sines of wear from the seatbelt being pulled daily. It looks as thought the friction from the belt being put on is melting the plastic enough where there is a deep groove in the plastic.

Anyone else have this issue? It looks like a poor design of the plastic around the seatbelt causing the issue. I don't have the problem in the back seats.

I have the same problem with my '03.

I am going to take it in since I still have a warranty and see what they say. My dealer is great so Im sure they will replace the plastic, but I would really like is to see if thee is a "newly designed" plastic piece that allows more seatbelt movement - thus reducing friction/contact. I'll post with results.
