Swapping drum brakes on a front solid axle Dana 44 to disc brakes, will the the brake components(caliper mounting plate, rotor, hub, and calipers) from a TTB Dana 44 work?

Is the Dana 44 solid axle drum brake hub the same as the Dana 44 solid axle disc brake hub and a TTB Dana 44 disc brake hub?

yes, all ford d44 hubs from 56? to 96 are the same.

You can interchange things from knuckles out on drum brake solid axles (open knuckle) with solid axle disk brake knuckles but not ttb d44 knuckles. However, you can use the hub and rotor asembly from a ttb 44 on any other ford d44.
