Fuel consumption

Ok heres sort of a survey i guess...
I my v8 burns 13 mpg at best down road with 45 lbs or air( i only put that much in for my commute)
I do have a bit of a lead foot, but i got 13 being conservative. so im curious what do you guys get?

31" tires, 3.73 gears, auto tranny
city: 12-17
highway: 12-19
avg per tank: 14-16

13 mpg for the 5.0 isn't uncommon. That thing guzzles like nobody's business!

I'm in your camp there Russ.

I get like 15 dead on all the time with regular gas. Before my mods, I was in the 13s. Upgrade, and you'll be happy!

all town i average about 13 or less (lead foot = less)
highway i average about 18-19 doin 75 or so

just had a 400 mile roadie today and computer says i averaged 20.8 doin about 70 with 600lbs of crap in the back of my truck (moved back home from college), i havn't filled up yet so i'm not sure if that is completely accurate but it usually is

This is all with 65k miles

I just put new plugs in today along w/ synthetic ATF in the trans case, next trip I'm shootin for 22

You gotta factor in Canadian Gallon size here, but...

Town driving 18 mpg

Highway 25 mpg

Regular fuel, stock vehicle.

1 US gallon = 3.9 litres
1 CDN gallon = 4.5 litres

These are approx for comparision.
