fuel pump

fuel pump issue on 93 explore.fuel pump works out of car.
only have 5.7 volts at pump.
checked relays,ineriati switch ,working fine.
when ignition is turned on can't hear pump or relays .
any ideas,also would like to have wiring diagram.

Welcome to this forum! Check the ground connections near the battery for corrosion. The computer, and fuel pump circuits need a good ground connection to work properly. A bad computer might be another possibility. Check the voltage inside of the fuel pump relay socket.

The wires leading to the pump connector corrodes up to 12 inches back from the connector. Feel free to ask questions.
