future system, what do you suggest?

I'm fairly confident in my enclosure designing skills.

Say this...buy this subwoofer...the HDC312 (12" version)

http://www.audioque.com/aq/HDCSeries.htm

This amp...Elemental Designs Nine.1 (Or any amp that puts out a REAL 1000-1500 watts rms)

http://www.edesignaudio.com/product_info.php?cPath=1_22&products_id=44

Buy a sheet or two of 3/4" MDF...build or have someone build this for it and enjoy raping others with a single 12" and 1000 watts

For what he ask this is a little to much, but this system certanly will impress a lot of people and if i can get rid of my cargo space i'll build a box like this for my 15", but for him that's to much and a little complicated, let him enjoy the complete experience of car audio, start with sealed then you can try ported and see what you like the most, then you ask aznboi about this and you;ll be out of your mind.

PS: Those subs can take a lot more than 1000W.

I'll be pushing mine future HDC312 with about 1500 watts rms.

The enclosure is pretty efficient...it will rape.

Hell we can work with a simpler ported enclosure for the pioneer.

Me personally I hate the sound of a sealed enclosure.

I love how sealed sound, but ported are more fun, that's why i'm going that way this time, but my next sub will be SI Mag.

I have A 10" L5 with a mono 400rms kicker amp, custom ported box and it thumps pretty good. With the JVC HD deck I think I have maybe $425 in it..

I wish I had a spare 200 on me for that REVO10...I've been wanting it for a while now. I'd love to put that thing in one of my t-line designs...maybe a front loading horn.

im no genius about sound systems, but i just thought id throw out my my experience... if your still looking

all i have is a

DUAL HU " 200 watt " - i doubt, but thats what it claims

KENWOOD 5x7's all 4 doors " 220 watt max "

and i get a decent bit of kick from just those, but it depends on what your looking for...

i would like to get a KENWOOD 8404 4 Channel 600 watt amp to bring it all together

It would be amazing with 2 of them. I wish I had the money too.
