good price for dogleg rpair???

my dl's and rockers are rusted and the guy i took it too wants 125 aside but he said he would weld something extra in there so mud couldnt get in again. is this a good price or should i keep checking?

If the 125 per side is for replacement and repainting that is a great price. I would jump on that deal.

this is not painted. i cant weld, so i had to take it somewhere. but i am doing all other work myself. this price is to put them in and basically grind the welds smooth.
