is that from fiberworks? u should ask the people who make it.
btw. that would look sweet on ur X man.. I almost got a f150 clip just like that for my 00 mounty.

Should. The 92 Explorer and the 92 Ranger are identical as far as I know.

The 89-94 Ranger and Explorer are identical from the windshield forward.

89 and 90 BII's are the same.

It should fit!

Let us know what you find out.

No that clip is made by Hannemann Fiberglass.
It should fit your Explorer. But your best bet would be to call Hannemann and ask them they are pretty cool guys and they will help you out.

That's sweet Derrick!

Actually I was told (by Hannamen and Autofab) that the Explorers and Rangers DO NOT share the front fenders. They both have said the front fenders are almost three inches longer on the door side on the Explorer.

I'm sure it wouldn't take much to get it to look good.

Wanna finish my 'glass for me too? ;)

Yeah GIJoe got it. Its from hannemann. I've been searching for a complete 1 peice clip for mine for awhile. Looked at the F-150s to but there alittle to wide for my taste. I'm sure it'd be easy but then again I don't want to screw up a $900 front clip.

Kent(NOTAJP), what are you talkin about 3" longer door side??? Are you meaning that with my mounts I'd have to trim 3" off the back of the fiberglass to get it to fit right???

I just flipped through my Chiltons book which is for Rangers and Explorers. My fenders are the same as a 92 Ranger and everything changed in 93.

I'm thinkin I'm going to go ahead and do this ASAP. Well as soon as I get my crap sold that is.:)

I'm glad to know someone finally confirmed that they are the same. Autofab told me from the top of the fender to the bottom mounting bolts that the Explorer was 3" longer in the same years (92 for example). Hannamen was pretty sure this was true also. Give Hannamen a call Monday morning. I can't remember his first name but he's a great guy.

Well thanks Kent but I'm not confirming it yet. I just flipped through it and everything is from 91-92 Rangers and Explorers then it goes from 93-97 Explorers and that Rangers are similar. In my head that means I'm the same as a Ranger. If I had a 93 then I'd be up that one creek we all know well.:D

INteresting, let us know what you find out.
See if it fits a BII :)

I think you might have some problems with the core support or the header panel up front.

What makes you think that???

Well I'm thinking in regards of mounting the headlights, etc.

Oh I see. Yeah I'm sure there alot of differences between them. We'll see how this idea goes though.
