Im a new member to the site and absolutly love some of the rides I've seen. I came across a '95 Ex with 154k miles. I bought it for 200. To me thats a great deal. But it is a ford, so it needs all 4 ball joints. Its 100% stock and runs VERY stong. Its a v6 4.0 and i was so surprised how this thing can knock the rear tires loose from a dig with these many miles. I plan to make this a toy of mine seeing how it was so cheap and easily repairable. I have looked all over the net and couldnt find a suspension lift. I did a TT/ 3" shackle in the rear the day i bought it. I dont think its big enough. Are BL's my only other option? or is there a kit out there i havent found? I plan to get the Screaming Deamon Coil Pack, underdrive crank pulley, and a CAI. Any good sites to find these products for a reasonable price? a K&N intake is 240 bucks. and im def nto getting an intake at that price. Any help woudl eb appreciated! Thanks!

Welcome aboard

There are several suspension lifts available, just do a search on the site and you'll get more hits than you want to look through. If you did a 3"TT in the front you might want to back it down to a little under 2" so you don't prematurely kill your CV's (assuming you have a 4wd). And as for the other accessories (coil pack, CAI, and the underdrive pulley), take a look through aldive's posts/writeups. He did all of those and makes very thorough reviews. Good luck.

I think you'll find it both informative as well as a cost saving choice.

3" BL, TT, and shackels should allow 33 x 12.5 wilth little or no trimming. You may look into new rear springs to remove sag. KKM makes a intake (link on this site) for about $100. Search the site everything you want to know is here. Siuspension lifts start at about $1600 (4" Superlift) and go up from there. Solid axle swap may be a better option.
