Grease Hubs?

I'm going to replace my wheel bearings in the next few days...am I supposed to pack the bearings with grease or are they pre-packed? I did this on my Ranger several years ago and can't remember. Nothing I read online mentions doing it, but I remember the bearing I could see looking a little dry.

I believe the hubs are sealed units.

if it's 2wd then yes, it should have the bearings, seals and races that need greased. If 4wd then it has a sealed hub bearing assembly, if this is grinding/ squealing or has any play in it then the whole unit needs replaced.

Thanks for the replies. My time to do this repair is pretty limited so I'm trying to make sure I have my crap together before I get started and have to dig around the shop for something I wasn't expecting.
