Great noise coming from drivetrain!

Ok ive had this irritating noise come about every time i go through water. Its a really! really! loud noise that is coming from my right front somewhere in my drivetrain. Its a loud squeeling/grinding/metal on metal noise. I think it is crap just getting in my brakes and pads. After about five minutes it will go away. Any one else had this noise on a 2nd gen before. Also recently i have replaced my hub assemblies and the wheel bearings so i know its not them. Could use the ideas,

The noise you are hearing is probably just dirt and gravel in your brake pads and between the dust shield and the rotor. I get the same stuff in my truck when I go through streams too.

The only kiddie here is chad.Thats what i thought,crap in my brakes. It worried me though because it was sooooo loud. You can hear it like 10 miles away. Im taking apart the right side brakes tonight and cleaning them out.

Yea whenever I have gone through mud and lots of water, I get that VERY loud squeaking/grinding sound too. I normally just take a hose and spray it at the rotors and it solves the problem.
