Hey all, I'm looking for a good diagram of the HVAC system. I need to replace my heater box, and I'm too cheap to go buy a Chiltons. Anyone know of anything online where you can get diagrams for the different systems? Thanks

There are 2 different things that you could do. WWW.AutoZone.Com has wiring diagrams on their website. You have to give them the information of your vehicle for the proper search parameters. The next thing you could do is download the Ford CD from WWW.FordCDs.Com.

have you used the FordCD's yourself? How did you get them to work? I for the life of me cannot get them to install correctly, so I can't view anything.

A lot of people here have had difficulty either downloading them, or getting them to decompress onto a CD. If you read that thread thoroughly, you will find the answers to just about any question that you might have. I've also included a detailed post in that thread with step by step details.
