I haven't heard much talk on this forum about cornering lights. When I used to go rootin' when I was in high school, we used to love to go at night, and all of us had cornering lights to help light the way. We all bought the expensive premade kits from the light manufacturers.
This week I had to figure out how to create a cornering light circuit for a '66 Merc (it was an option this car didn't have). I searched the net and found a few schematics and built three that didn't work. I then came across one that works like a champ. 90% of the parts are available at Radio Shack (with a change of the capacitor to 22mf, everything is available there).

This circuit allows a constant light to illuminate off of the pulse signal of the turn signal.
If interested and have any ?s, let me know
