There's quite a few people who've done some homemade jobs. Most of them have posted their pictures up in the Modifications forum. Or you could simple search for "homemade grill". We'd love to see how yours turned out!
I'm fixing to start on mine next week. I am going for the off-road look and will use 1" square tube and expanded metal. I want it strong versus pretty - but pretty is OK too if it works out that way... I'll try to take a few pics and stick them up.
i did mine in 1/2 condut and made end caps with fiber galss and covered it in rhino bed lining the spray on stuff and i put the for emblem on it to im actually proud of it
