My hazard switch on my 2018 Explorer XLT has started sticking in the on position. I’m able to pry it forward to turn off the hazard lights. I’m having trouble finding the part online. Does anyone have any idea on where I could find a replacement hazard switch?

I don't believe that you can get just the hazard button/switch on fifth gen Explorers - you probably need to get the whole FCIM assembly. Junkyard parts will be a LOT cheaper than new.

Welcome to the Forum.
Did a quick search and there is an existing thread on this topic. It seems member syncceduppp is correct and the whole panel need to be replaced.

I would try liberally spraying in dry silicone around it, or even trim some material off the button if it's just too much friction, before i'd buy a whole FCIM to replace a button. I could be wrong, am going by what the hazard button is like on my '14 which is a plastic (or rubber?) buttoned mechanical switch rather than capacitive sensing like the radio buttons.

If the button is silicone rubber, it might be breaking down and releasing some silicone oil that gums up its travel, that you might be able to scrub off with a toothbrush and strong, hot detergent solution. I'd want to try that with the switch removed from the FCIM, not scrubbing from the front of the FCIM in case that might deface it.

My guess is that there's coffee or coke in it. IDK what it takes to pop the button off, but I'd give it a try. If you break it, you still have to replace the front panel anyway, so it won't cost you any extra. But you might save a lot by simply washing out the sticky stuff.
