It still is killing me,im a big guy 250 and to be walking on two fractured bones is no fun arrrrrrrr!!!dont worry about it wasnt enough to even sweat.should be there by Thursday or Friday what did you pay for those cats and what size are they?

200.00 shipped w/ 5 yr warranty. no clue, i just know it said direct fit for the explorer and are Magnaflow Hiflo Cat Convt, i know it looks A LOT smaller then the stock ones, when the stock is out ill take a side by side pic

Thats not bad and stock ones flow pretty good so those should be very good.the pipe looks bigger than stock

Have the Cat, egr plug and o2 sensors (from rock auto) came in at same time, so just waiting on the headers to be done w/ coating and then ill have them; suppose to be by end of month.

ordered them ceramic coated, not to turdle, he will get more of my stuff after xmas

edit: after xmas hes getting my Warrior Shackles, tow hooks, front sway bar, sway bar holders and sway bar links; they are all gonna go Toxic Green again

yeah still have the stock stuff, well whats left of it the rust didnt get... havent been on to read up lately, lots of stuff going on here at the home front, hell still waiting on the headers even, finally being shipped on Monday, i guess holidays threw off the coating process... just wish they would get em to me already.. gaww, lol.

ill read up on ur thread here in a few mins again, damn thing is gonna be a race ex if you do supercharger

How bad is the flange?if its not rusted apart is there any way i can get you to cut the pipe as close to the cat as possible and send me the flange with little bit of the pipe on it?or if you get a chance take a pic and post it to see how much of a pipe would even be on there?i wanna take and weld some fake cats up to it but mine i drilled a hole in to have a o2 so i can't use it!

flanges are gone, we took off old cat and cat back, all crap, fell apart in hands. along with a nest inside the cat convt... so the system is crap, even the manifolds were beyond crap...

good news though... stuff is here finally.... ceramic coating finally got off their ass and got it done.

i got sound clips of what it sounded like as it sat street illegal, once this is installed ill have sound clip with all this installed... soooo hoping this helps out MPG somewhat better.. since i had to bad o2s and clogged car, cracked y, busted manis... yeah... exhaust overhaul.. yay!

well its going from no muffler, just clogged cat and busted stuff, to new cat and FM 40 muffler, the snorkel makes it sound different any ways.
