Headlight adjusters wanted

Hi I am looking for 3 parts for the off side head light on my 2004 ranger , there is 2 fixing points at the top that the head light fits in to , they are adjustable , and there is a ball kind of socket that the head light adjuster motor arm fits in to , can you help ?
ps I think the ball socket and one of the adjusters are the same , off and near side !
It's a UK Truck !
