headlight problem-module under console

Does anyone have any experience with a certain module for the headlights that I am told by my garage is located under the center console of my 97 Eddie Bauer? The problem I am having is the left front low beam is not lighting, it's not the bulb or fuses and this garage has traced it to this module.

If you're referring to the Lamp-Out Module, it's a common issue. Search and yee shall find.
