I am hoping that someone has had this issue before and has a trick they used. The drivers side headlight went out on my 2011 Explorer. I went to change it by removing the rubber headlight dust cover and turning the base of the low/high beams 1/4 inch counter clockwise per the user manual. The base of the bulb WILL NOT budge.
Thinking I was doing something wrong, I attempted to pull out the passenger side headlight in about 15 seconds.
Has anyone had this issue where the base of the headlight just won't turn? What did you do and how did you fix it?
Thanks in advance
