It started with the high beam going on and off while driving, now it start to do it with the low beams too. My question is is it the pull switch or the multi-fun. sw. or are there any realys in the system.

there are relays in the system.... and it could be the switches too. you are going to need to check them
 






I swear every few explorers experience the same thing. Lucky for you i already went through this. Your going to need a new switch. Or take the dash cover off, unscrew the switch and see if taping the black wire with all the wires going to the switch works. It works when i move the wire, i guess it might be a short. Try moving that wire, might need a new light switch. My highbeems were going in and out on the parkway, i thought someone was playing games then i notice it was the truck, the highbeems were slowly going off and on as if they were flashers in a steady rhythm , once i switched them off the lights were ok. Then the dashboard light started flashing too.
