2015 Ford Explorer Sport
I'm new here and I have a 2015 Ford Explorer Sport. I can not get the heat to change direction to any other vent other than the "in your face" dash vents. No defrost, no floor. Has anyone else had this problem? Is this something that can be fixed without taking it to the dealership? Any info would be appreciated

Sounds like you have one or more Blend Doors that have failed.

Welcome to the Forum.
If the directional flow won't change using the settings then I think it might be issues with the blend doors as Toddmann41 mentioned. Several members have done DIY repairs on them.

"Blend" doors only have to due with temperature control, they do not pertain to either inlet or outlet airflow selection.

Focus your attention on the "mode" actuator (and door) for the selection of the defrost/panel/floor outlets.
