Hello from NC, truck wont start.

Hey guys, new member form NC. I have a problem with my 2000 explorer. About a month ago truck would not start. No lights, radio etc. Jumped off with no problems and went to get battery checked. Battery checked weak but not dead, went ahead and had new one installed. Everything was good till tonight. Same problem, started fine this morning, this afternoon dead. No lights, no clicking sounds nothing. Jumped it off no problems everything normal, went back to get new battery checked and it checked good no problems. Is there something in the electrical system that would kill the power to all systems? Thanks for you help.

This sounds like bad battery cables. Check both ends of both cables for corrosion, and inspect the wire braid. Sometimes old cables will corrode inside the insulation near the terminal ends. I would also check your alternator.
