Incidentally... have you called around scrapyards in your area? Some times, you can find these one-off sorts of things there, and save a fat fortune. Alternatively, like @Turdle mentioned, a web search with terms like Ford Explorer Sport Trac "bed cap", "topper", "hard top", and so on, could get you a multitude of results. Kind of depends on how specific "camper top" is; like are you looking for a roof-top tent, or a bed cover, or one of those slide-in campers like the full-size trucks have? More info will help us to find results faster.
