Help - Hood problem

My hood is stuck part way down, it should be sitting about an inch lower but it is stuck part way closed. When my dad was pulling on the hood release in the cab I could hear it clicking but it wasn't moving so the cable is okay. The release in the hood will move a tiny bit but the hood itself will not move at all. I've tried pulling the hood, pushing down on it and it doesn't move.

Any ideas on what to do.

Sounds like you jammed your secondary. ( safety latch )
With the hood sitting up a bit you should be able to get your eyeball inside there. See what your secondary is up to.
