I got everything set and installed, spacer to top of strut assembly, and the strut bolt back in.

Now, my problem is getting the lower strut lined up with the lower arm hole. They are like 2 inches away from eachother, and no matter how hard I pry, they won't get close to eachother...

is this normal? Did i mesup somewhere? When I pry down on the arm, and try to line up the strut, it feels like there a lot of tension on the strut, almost bending when it shouldnt.

thanks in advance. need response asap as im in the process right now and its getting dark :(

Bump. Sorry

what if you bolt the strut to the lower first, then tilt it over and do the upper strut to strut mount, then attach the upper arm to the spindle?

Yea I'm gunna give both of those a try tomorrow. My buddies bringing a sprig compressor so hopefully that helps.

I was just worried I did something wrong, and if I force it too mch I might damage my strut once the car is off the jack.

BTW, is it normal that when I was trying to align the lower strut to the lower arm, it almost felt like i was bending the strut? Thats why i was worried that IF (which didnt happen) i did manage to get the bolt throw the lower arm, would the strut be damaged.
