HELP! Lost steering

Hi all,

I need some help here. Looks like the steering box took a down turn I turn the steering wheel and nothing/very little happens at the wheels. I can see the shaft going into the gear box turning like it should, but the pitman arm doesn't move. I can see it's trying too.

Is there some sort of pressure valve (like a bypass) in the gearbox?? With the engine off (no power assist) if you turn the steering wheel, the power steering pump splugees fluid out the top.

Any Ideas as to the problem?
