i know this has been asked before, but when i searched i could not find any post that realy pointed me in the direction i needed to go.

i have a 3 inch block kit for the rear, im looking for 2 or 2 1/2 inch springs on the front but i can not find any springs.

does anyone have anylinks were i can find some

i have a 91 x 2wd 4door 5-speed

besides the alignment, what else would i need to do? i was reading somewhere about adjusting the torsion bars? is there any smaller shocks that anyone knows of to go with?

Well the 91-94 X do not have Torsion Bars only 95 up models had the torsion bars.

probably look up AIM industries think they might have the springs for ya but you will never get the alignment right since the camber would way too far out.

With out changing the beams too

would these work for the springs

cuz i did not find anything for a 91 explorer or would the ones for the 91 ranger splash or not splash work?

i guess when you say beams your talking about these

thank you.

you mentioned the camber would be out, do they make adjustable camber kits? or would the alignment guy be able to figure something out?

from what i have read they stopped making lowering springs. and i also read that only doing the springs isnt good. i heard of drop spindle bars? i think i read some thread by Blacksheep josh. the guy you want to talk to is loweredxonair. or was it lowred drop beams. i was considering ithis project my self. in the rear just use lowring blocks. aluminum ones snap easy so use steel ones.
and also you might want to get differnt shocks

thank you.

Yeah there are several different off set adjusters available depending on far you need to correct. Might wanna leave ity to the alignment guy

To get the correct ones the first time around.

cool, i appreciate all your help. now that i got the lowering parts figured out time to move on to something else..

thanks again.
