Okay, so I just installed a new head unit with all the adapters. I have premium sound which includes the factory amp and sub. The head unit is working fine but now I'm not getting any sound at all.:fire: I'm guessing I need some kind of adapter for the amp now. I'm not really fond of spending alot of money on this so I was wondering if anyone has any tricks or info on running the amp to the new head unit such as splicing in RCA's or something. Thanks in advance!

oh yeah

oh yeah, how do I keep the sub? If you get the bypass kit will it still work? My main focus is to keep the sub working.

i'm pretty sure you need an adapter if you get an after market head unit and want to keep the rest of your premium sound.....did you search?

Yes, you need to get the amp bypass kit to bypass the factory amp for the 4 corner speakers. With the right one, you will still be able to keep your stock sub.

make sure you hook your blue wire up from your harness, becuase the factory amp has tp be turned on and if you dont hook the blue wire up the amp wont turn on there for no sound :)

got it

Thats what i did. I took everything back apart and found that the amp wire was not connected, DOH! Everything works fine now. Thanks for the help!
