Recently rebuilt my 1995 AODE with new clutches, steels, mechanical diode acccumulators, etc... Took the car for a test drive and reverse seems to work perfect, my problem is that in D, 2, and 1 the transmission slips, if I ease into the accelerator I can get the car to move forward slowly but as soon as I apply more gas it slips. I assumed this may have been a VB crossleak issue so I removed the pan and retorqed the bolts in the correct pattern. Unfortunatly this did not fix the issue. Has anyone had and issue like this or have a possible solution to my problem? any help will be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Do you ever get it to shift out of low? If not, I'm guessing you have a clutch leaking bad. Did you air test the trans before you installed it? That is a huge part of the rebuild in my opinion. Saves guessing on problems like this.
I did use air to insure that each clutch pack engaged when applying air to the check valves. Is this what you are refering too? Also I noticed after turning off the car it would not start again unless I moved the shifter all the way down to 1 and then back up to park. Could an improperly adjusted MLPS cause the slipping or is this just an addition to my problem?

Yes...an air check involves a plate bolted to the case where you can apply air to all the clutches and servos after installation.
I wonder if you have an improperly adjusted MLPS, or if you have a problem with your manual linkage. I would check that carefully. That could cause slipping if you aren't in the proper gear with your manual valve. But this really does sound like a clutch problem because reverse is working fine.
