Help with 06 Limited

I have found a 06 limited with 100K that I am interested it buying. I currently have an 02XLT and know alot about that generation over the years on the forum.

This is Chshmire tri coat which seems to not be used much? Also it has a class 2 hitch so would it have a 3.55 rear? Another rarity is no third seat which I would rather have. I also thought the Limited had 18' tires and the owner says they are 245 65 17? Would it also have the auto climate control and how reliable is that unit? When should the timing belt be changed on the 4.0 and any other things to check on with this generation? Have not seen it yet but seems like a nice truck and a good deal.

The class 2 hitch does indicate that it has the 3.55 gears. I also have the Cashmere tri coat, and it is impossible to touch up dings on the vehicle and make it look right. It will be an auto climate control, but the question is if it is the dual climate control. The limited came with the 17" rims and the third row seating was optional, but it should have the leather seats.
The HVAC system is fairly robust and the timing chain has no service interval on it. I would say pull up the owners service manual and follow the recommended items to be serviced at 100K.
