Alright, here's a brief video I took a couple days ago of it. I'm sorry for not having a timely response, the weather and baseball has used up most of my time for the past few weeks, but here it is:
I've got to get to class now, I will post as much info as I can later today!
(I SUCK at making videos)
The HHO Genorator:
Outside
-1' of 4" diameter PVC pipe
-Capped at both ends, siliconed at the bottom, vaccum keeps the top on
-Painted in flat black / reflective silver heat resistant paint (grill paint)
Inside
-Three grade 304 stainless steel pipes
-6" long, 1/4" thick, 1" OD, 1.5" OD, 2" OD
-spaced with nylon I cut with a multipurpose knife
-outside pipe is connected to positive lead
-1/4" screw/bolt runs from outside the genorator through all pipes to keep support and hits the inside pipe for the negative lead
Workings?
-30amp inline fuse off battery into the cabin through a 30amp switch and back into the engine bay where it picks up the Genorator, goes through the Genorator and back to the negative lead to battery
-1/4" braided hose connected to the top of the genorator via a brass fitting runs a long the fan housing where it connects to the air intake hose via a plastic 90 degree elbow fitting.
I SHOULD have a check valve on the braided hose, but since I could not get my hands on one I tapped in the air intake further down away from the throttle body to reduce the chance of flashback, but after the oil air hose? I'm not sure what that is called.
Please let me know if theres anything I can help you with. I KNOW I could have done a much more professional job, but I completed this whole setup for under 20 bucks!!!
