Hi all, looking for help

98 EB Explorer. The blower works intermittently and when it wants to. I have the controls on the steering wheel and on the dash. Everything works when it's on. Low to high, temps, floor, def. etc. Where do I start?

Welcome.
Check the connections ( wire lugs) where the blower motor relay plugs in. There is a yellow plastic part which "holds" the connector lugs. You might have to pry it out to see the wiring. You might even switch the blower on, and jiggle the relay to see if the blower will cut in and out.
