I have searched the old threads and there aren't any posts with a solution to this problem. While driving I get an occasional "low oil high temp" warning light and the oil pressure guage drops to nil. It only lasts a few seconds and then the light goes off and the guage pops back up.
The oil and filter are clean and new. 5 w 30 Pure synthetic and a good filter. Battery posts and ground are all good. No codes.
I have looked around and under the engine for loose or frayed wires and can see nothing that looks like a concern.
I need to know the location of the sending unit for the oil pressure idiot light and guage. My book doesn't specify for my engine. 2003 Eddie 4.0 liter 4x4.
Thanks for any ideas you can give me on this. Not real worried about it but it is sort of annoying.
