how do i turn these lights on?

hey guys, the lights mounted on the front bumper i for the life of me can not to to turn on? when should they turn on? if they dont when they are suppose to what is most likely the problem?

Reference, they're the ones im the bumper bellow the headlights

1. They are called fog lights
2. They do not turn on unless you turn them on
3. There should either be a switch near the steering column, or the headlight switch should pull out to turn them on.

Fog light button is the bottom button to the right of your stereo. Fogs will only come on with your headlights or marker lights and automatically shut off when you use your high beams.

If they don't turn on, check the bulbs and the fuses.
