Had my Radius arm bushings replaced and for a 4 months all was fine. But now when ever I stop I hear 2 pops, not one pop like I heard before I replaced them. How do I check these without taking them off? and what other bushings are there in this vehicle that I can replace. When ever I go over speedbumps in the rear with the windows rolled down it sounds like my X is going to fall apart! Please help!

mine did the same thing. I installed the red poly bushings and after a fiew months the truck started to pop kinda like your saying. if you look where the bushing is bolted to the cross member, it should look like it is pressed firm against the crossmwmber. If it is not, check out this suggestion.

it resolved the poping problem.

Double check the torque on the transmission crossmember bolts. If they are not torqued properly, when you go over a bump especially at an angle, they will pop like crazy.

If your new poly bushings are popping a little going over bumps and so forth, you might look into some self-lubricating/graphite impregnated RA bushings. Performance Suspension Components has them, and they might be better. The polys give a nice firm feel but the drawback can be a little pop because they don't give and flex quite as much as the rubber ones.
