how to get rid of static from heater motor

My heater blower causes static on AM when it's in the highest two settings. What would be the best way to get rid of the static? reroute the antenna wire?
 






I would get yourself a meter and do a continuity check on the ant. I am going to guess you have a very hi resistance on the ground for the ant.
