how to lift my truck?

yeah so i have a 2000 eddie bauer awd 5.0 v8 and i was ust wondering if thats liftable, and if so how? what do i need to get?

There is probably a write up somewhere. I search for "2000 ford explorer lift". I am pretty sure the 1998 - 2000 suspensions on explorers are the same.
