All right. All this talk about exaust just makes me want to ask a question. Ok, here's what I would like to do, and would like to get some feedback on if it is good; ya know if there is enough back pressure, hp gains, etc.
I want to run my stock 2.25" piping from the cat to a Flowmaster 40 series single inlet, dual, 2.5", outlet. At first I was going to run a cat-back dual with out any mufflers; so the 40 series, i think, will quiet it down but keep it loud at the same time. The 40 series will be quieter than having no mufflers on it at all, correct?
How does this set up sound? One 2.25" in, and two 2.5" out. Thanks for any help!
