Howto? head unit removal XLT 2002

I had no problems removing the head units on the 2 previous explorers but this one has me stumped. Any ideas. It is an indash 6 CD AM/FM Ford Factory Unit.

First you need to remove the trim piece surrounding the HU. This takes a little "force". I used a putty knife and pryed between the trim piece and the soft dash. after removing this you will see the two bolts holding it in. just take those out and the unit will slide out.
