Yep, done it a couple of times.
1. Jack up side of vehicle to be worked on. Jack it up under the lower control arm and support it with a jackstand.
2. Remove wheel.
3. Remove brake caliper assembly by unbolting the two 15 mm head bolts that hold the whole assembly on. If you just remove the two 10 mm head bolts holding just the caliper on, you will still have to remove the caliper bracket.
4. Remove the brake disc.
5. Remove the hub center bolt. If you have air tools, it's relatively easy. If you don't, you might want to consider doing this before you jack the wheel off the ground. The bolt is VERY tight and you will need a large breaker bar to take it off.
6. Remove the bolt that holds the abs sensor wire to the rear of the spindle bracket. If you are replacing the hub with a new one, they generally come with new sensors installed, so also disconnect the sensor wire at the in-line connector.
7. Remove the three 15mm bolts that hold the hub in place. These are on the rear of the spindle bracket next to the cv boot. Pull hub off truck.
To assemble, reverse steps above. Make sure you torque the hub bolt down to between 155 and 210 ft-lbs of torque.
The whole operation can be done in less than an hour if you have air tools. Good Luck!
