I wasn't sure where to puit this so I will just put it under General. Since I bought tdavis's Navajo, I knew that I would soon be tearing my X apart for some new modifications. I knew that it wouldn't be a weekend chore so I was in the market for a commuter car. With 1K in my pocket and nothing else to do, I ended up coming home with a steal. I bought an 89 wrangler with a carbed 4.2L engine. It has an auto tranny and I couldn't find much wrong with it except it is all stock. I thought it was ironic that my wife saw it and decided she liked it and now I have a $1000 VW jetta commuter car, as we traded. I can't believe that I actually own one of those damn things. I looked at at least 10 other cars after that one, but nothing matched the condition it was in for 1k.

Don't worry, I am not changing sides and there are no mods or plans for the HEEP or any kind of build up on it.

Until you see the damage in person, it doesn't look too bad.

It's hard to photograph the depth of the dents, and the places it's pushed in on the roof.

I am using it for parts but I was thinking of mounting the body to my trailer and make it into a camper.
