I figured that of all the knowledge I have gotten from this site, I should give something back. I have a case of OCD when it comes to my Explorer, I work on it in nearly all of my free time, which is never enough. I have recently completed what I am calling Stage 1 of the Mods, here is a breakdown of whats been done...
1. Skyjacker '2' coils up front, Skyjacker Nitro 8000's all around.
2. Warrior shackles.
3. Full master set of Energy suspension bushings.
4. Procomp Rockcrawler black steelies 15x7 (round hole, not wagon wheel).
5. Liberator A/T's, stock size ( till I can afford the new '31's and 15x10's)
6. Flowmaster Catback.
7. Full 3 inch ASMI intake.
8. Full Dynamat-ed interior. (I got tired of the rattles and noises in my '91)
9. Sony Fx7715 HU
10. HiFonics 5 channel amp
11. MTX Thunderform enclosure, with Memphis '10 sub
12. Pioneer Premier 4-ways
13. Avital Phoenix2 Alarm/remote entry
14. Limo tint all the way around back, stacked silver and limo on the wings to match factory rears, and 35% fronts. ( hey its hot as hell here in Texas)
15. Waag brush guard
16. Husky rear Liner.
Thats pretty much it for custom stuff, I have also done a bit of stock type work, brakes are new, trans and clutch is new, etc. The truck has 93K on it, runs great. I plan to start going to Stage 2 around the end of the year. Mostly more power, better clutch, the bigger tires, possibly a regear (got 3.55 opens).
