I am ready to start my eddie project...'94

Skip the sun roof , go all the way and get a moon roof! The ones in hondas generally still work you can probably pull one cheap from a junk yard.

how about you skip both and get this awesome plexi roof!

what is the differance ??????

i also need to replace the head liner..... with that being said what are my options. i have the material for it but i have no clue how to remove it or replace it

A sun roof just pops up. A moon roof pulls all the way back like a limo. First gens never came stock with moon roofs only sun roofs. Mine has an original asc moon roof and it's awesome , way better then the sun roofs.

I didn't install it , asc stands for "american sunroof corp" And they where usually installed new as dealer specials.

what color do you want? ive just used dupli color paint on plastics. it shouldnt chip off if you prep it correctly. im redoing the trim on my front and rear bumpers black. instead of painting it, im going to a pick apart junk yard and finding a first gen with black trim already. then im doing truck bed liner on all the tan on the bottom half of my truck, even the trim on the sides.

first i am gonna get the suspension lift and tires i found a lift at roughcountry.com

when i did mine a few months ago it was worse. i spend a 1400 in one week and another 1800 in 2 days after that. and thats when i remembered how much fun buying performance parts is!

well today i updated the brakes....i got new rotors and claipers and ofcourse pads.. the little "lock" thing that you have to remove in order to remove the nut was a pain to get out. all our barrings were good so i cleaned then and put neww grease on them... i think i need to bleed the brake better but its damn near impossible to do them your self. i got real real real dirty and i also found out that the love bugs here in florida love grease, i had a harder time with them getting stuck on everything than i did with the whole project. Thank you Glacier991 for the damn near perfect write up..

i suspension still has not arrived at Hedgehog motorsports...thats what i get for saying i will wait for their next shippment.....atleast i did not pay shipping. and if thats not enough of a headache ProComp said that it will be towards the end of the month before my tires and wheels would get here to to demand of that particular tire size and wheel design bs but they took off the chipping with saved me $95.00.

I am so excited about fixin my explorer up i do need to know if anyone knows a good seat cover for the eddie baurer leather seats its a '94

those rotors dont look too good....good thing you replaced them, as well as the caliper. it could have gotten ugly fast if it went out while you were on the road.
